This is a photographic record of the Onondaga, the Native Indian people of Central New York for 15,000 years.

The photographer has previously covered the Navajo and Zuni of the Southwest, the Shinnecock and Montauk Indians on eastern Long Island and the Pueblo people of New Mexico and Arizona.
