No one who knew Bill as a teenager would have imagined him becoming a Christian, and especially not a Pastor.

Married for twenty-eight years and the father of three married sons, hes devoted to Christ and his family.

His formal education includes Opelika State College (now Southern Union), and Luther Rice Seminary where he earned the Master of Arts, Master of Divinity, and Doctor of Ministry degrees.
