The Great Chili Con Carne Cook-Off is a charming story about learning life lessons in a very unexpected way.

Teddy the Terrier, has won the prestigious title of Chili Con Carne King every year at the annual Cook-Off, held at the Grand Hall in Downtown Puppytown.

He owes his success to his special SECRET INGREDIENT! But Teddys plans are soon dashed the day before the event, when Teddys brother Mulligan, whose tummy is always grumbly, has eaten all of the SECRET INGREDIENT, leading Teddy on a frantic search in hopes of finishing his prize-winning recipe to win the Cook-Off and claim his title again.
